We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive in less than perfect condition. Our return policy is designed to provide you with a straightforward and hassle-free return experience.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The plant must be in its original condition with no visible damage or signs of poor care
  • Original packaging and all included materials (care instructions, pots, etc.) must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • The plant must still be alive and showing signs of health

2. Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a return authorization number if approved. This number must be included with your return.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully package the plant in its original packaging, ensuring it's protected during transit. Include all original materials and the return authorization number.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The following applies to refunds:

  • Full refunds are provided for returns that meet all eligibility requirements
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days after we process the return

Partial refunds may be issued if the returned plant shows signs of damage that occurred after delivery, at our discretion.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable items that have exceeded their shelf life
  • Plants that have been damaged due to customer negligence or improper care
  • Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless otherwise stated)
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing components

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your indoor plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Provide a prompt resolution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit
  • Cover all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
  • Request photos of the damaged product to help us improve our packaging

We stand behind the quality of our plants and are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for indoor plants of equal or greater value. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your exchange request
  2. Return the original item following our standard return process
  3. Select the new plant you'd like to receive
  4. Pay any price difference if the new plant costs more than the original

The same 14-day return window applies to exchange requests.
